People join a course when they can see where it leads. Besides a skill and an NSDP certificate, NSDP students can apply for three extra chances. All three are given on merit: tell people they can apply, never that they will get one.

- Companies register and post jobs and internships free, then choose from NSDP students and graduates.

Example: you share the "Learn, then get an internship" creative in a college group. A student scans your QR code, signs up and pays PKR 7,000 for an on-site course (2 months × PKR 3,500). You get PKR 700.
Do I earn when a company posts a job?
No. Posting jobs is free for companies and earns no commission. You earn from the students who join through your link.
Is there a free course for the people I invite?
When NSDP has the invitation bonus course switched on, people who join through your link get one extra course free (Freelancing: Earn Online with Fiverr & Upwork) after they complete their first course 100%. A great reason to share! Your dashboard and Templates show it only while it is on; when you don't see it there, don't mention it. Their own course fee stays the same.
Someone asks: "Will I get a job after the course?"
Say honestly: "You will have a skill and a certificate, and you can apply for internships and jobs on jobs.nsdp.pk. Companies choose on merit."
