Who to contact
| You are… | For this | Go to |
|---|---|---|
| A student | A question about a lesson | Ask it in the lesson's discussion. Your teacher or the course team replies there. |
| A student | Sign-in, payment or enrolment problems | Ask NSDP Rehnuma, or call the helpline 0304 111 0869, WhatsApp 03484350668 or email support.department@nsdp.pk with your payment reference. |
| Anyone | Something only a person can solve, or a complaint | Ask NSDP Rehnuma for a person ("talk to a human", "agent se baat karni hai"). You get a ticket number and NSDP's team replies by email. |
| An affiliate partner | Commission, team, payouts or your partner page | Ask NSDP Rehnuma in your panel, or call the helpline. |
| An employer | Your company, listings or applicants | Ask NSDP Rehnuma in the Hiring panel, or email support. |
| A teacher | Your account, reviews, batches or payouts | Ask NSDP Rehnuma or contact NSDP support. If NSDP opens a dispute with you, reply to it under Disputes. |
| A campus | A quick question | Contact NSDP in the campus menu, which opens an email to NSDP support with your campus named in the subject. |
| A campus | Something NSDP must decide or correct | Open a dispute under Disputes, so the case stays on record. |
Before you write
- Search this help centre for the exact message you saw — most messages are listed with their fix.
- Try the obvious fixes: sign out and in again, refresh the page, check your Spam folder for emails.
- Note what you were doing, the page address, the time, and any reference number (payment, payout, request or certificate serial).
Make your message easy to act on
Step 1: Say who you are
Your name and the email on your account — or your campus name and code.
Step 2: Say what you were trying to do
For example: "pay for the Saturday batch of Web Design".
Step 3: Say what happened instead
Copy the exact message, and add a screenshot if you can.
Step 4: Add references
Dates, the course or batch name, and any reference number.
Disputes or a message?
| Helpline / email / Rehnuma ticket | Dispute | |
|---|---|---|
| Who can use it | Everyone | Campuses and teachers open disputes with NSDP, and answer disputes NSDP opens with them. |
| Best for | Questions, quick fixes and anything a person must look at | Money, decisions and disagreements that need a record |
| Record kept in the portal | A Rehnuma ticket keeps your chat with it; calls and emails are not in the portal | Yes — every message and status change |
How quickly will someone reply?
The helpline answers Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm (Pakistan time). Tickets and emails have no fixed response time; clear messages with references are answered fastest.
My question is about a lesson's content.
Ask it in the lesson's discussion so your teacher sees it with the lesson — and other students with the same question see the answer.
I can't sign in at all, so I can't reach the portal.
Use Forgot password or an email code first. If neither works, ask NSDP Rehnuma on the NSDP website, call the helpline 0304 111 0869 or email support.department@nsdp.pk from the email on your account.
