When someone becomes an NSDP affiliate partner through your link or with your code, they join your team. They earn their own 10% on their students, exactly like you, and NSDP pays you an extra 1% of the course sales they bring, for 12 months.

Example
- You bring 1 student yourself. They pay PKR 7,000 for an on-site course (2 months × PKR 3,500). You get PKR 700.
- Sara joins your team as a partner and brings 50 students on the same course: PKR 350,000 of course sales.
- Sara gets her own 10% = PKR 35,000. You get 1% of the sales = PKR 3,500, paid by NSDP on top. Sara still gets all of her PKR 35,000.
- A team of 20 partners who each bring 15 such students (300 in all) sells PKR 2,100,000 (21 lakh): your 1% is PKR 21,000, and each partner keeps their own PKR 10,500.
- A team of 10 partners like Sara, each bringing 100 such students, sells PKR 7,000,000: your 1% is PKR 70,000.

Teachers, shop owners, WhatsApp group admins, students with a big circle and community leaders: people who talk to many others.
Step 3: Help them start
Show them Promote, Templates and Creatives, and send them the Training. Partners who start well bring more students.
Where team earnings are recorded

Each team payment follows the student sale it came from: when that sale's holding period ends, your 1% becomes Available. If the student is refunded, your 1% is cancelled too.
Do I earn on partners my team members invite?
No. One level only: partners your team members invite are their team, not yours.
What happens after 12 months?
Your 1% on that member stops. Everything already earned is still paid. The member keeps earning their own 10%.
Is my 1% taken from my team member's earnings?
No. It is 1% of the course sale, paid by NSDP on top. Your team member keeps their full 10%.
Do I earn on my team members' own enrolments?
Only on fees paid by the students they refer. A member's own purchase never earns anyone commission.
Does my team help me reach bonus targets?
No. Bonuses and contests count only your own student sales. Your team's sales earn you 1%.
Someone joined but is not in my team
They must sign up as a partner from your invite link or type your code on the partner sign-up form. Contact NSDP support if you think it was missed.
