Fees & collection (under Money, /campus/fees) is a read-only report for every on-site batch launched at your campus. Fees are shown per month (on-campus PKR 3,500 per month, or the monthly fee shown on the course).

The columns

ColumnHow it is worked out
SeatsSeats taken out of the batch's seats (the seats taken when the batch has no limit).
ExpectedEvery seat sold at the course fee.
CollectedPaid invoices for the batch, including seats bought with other items in one checkout.
RefundedMoney returned to students of the batch.
PendingStudents holding a seat with no payment on record, and students who started a checkout in the last 30 days but did not pay, at the course fee each.
Share est.Your share (by default 70%) of collected minus refunded: an estimate.
To be paidYour recorded share for the batch that NSDP has not paid out yet.

Pending students

Open a batch with the arrow to see each pending student with their student code, phone and email, and the batch's refunds. Pending students CSV downloads all of them across your batches, so you can follow up.

Refunds and the 24-hour policy

  • A student of an on-campus class may ask for the course fee back within 24 hours of the first class, or within 24 hours of paying if they joined after the first class.
  • Each refund says whether it was inside the policy. One outside it is shown in red: NSDP approved it as an exception.
  • The note at the top says how many paid seats are still inside the refund window, so you know which payments can still change.

Exporting and printing

  1. Step 1: CSV

CSV in the header downloads one line per batch with every figure.

  2. Step 2: Print

Print opens every batch and prints the report on its own, without the menu, ready to save as PDF.
