After a course NSDP asks each learner what it led to. The answers show instructors, campuses and NSDP which courses change lives, count towards the campus rankings, and, as totals only, appear on nsdp.pk.

Verification
What each status means
- Not verified yetReported by the learner, the instructor or the campus. Counts half in the campus ranking.
- Verified by campusThe learner's own campus checked it (offer letter, contract, visit or call) and said how.
- Verified by NSDPNSDP checked it against evidence (a link or reference), or it came from NSDP's own records (a Careers hire, a scheme award).
- Only the campus of the learner's batch can verify, and only NSDP can mark “Verified by NSDP”. Instructors and learners never verify.
- If a learner changes a verified fact (employer, role, type…), the outcome goes back to “Not verified yet”.
Privacy
- Pay and earnings bands are optional and seen only by the learner and NSDP, never by the instructor, the campus or the public.
- nsdp.pk shows only totals: placed learners, outcomes by type, verified outcomes and the placement rate.
- A learner's name appears publicly only on a campus alumni wall, from a success story they shared with consent. The outcome line is shown there only if they ticked “Show with my name” on that outcome.
