Your NSDP certificate is digital: you can download it at any time. If you also want a printed, officially stamped hard copy, you order it on the NSDP website's certificate page (nsdp.pk/get-certificate), and NSDP prints it and sends it to you by courier.

Ordering a hard copy

  1. Step 1: Open the certificate page

Go to nsdp.pk/get-certificate and sign in with the email and password you use on the NSDP portal.

  2. Step 2: Find your course

Every course on your account is listed with its certificate status. A course you have completed shows Download certificate.

  3. Step 3: Open the certificate

Choose Download certificate. The certificate page shows your name, course, verification ID and issue date. From here you can also download the e-certificate.

  4. Step 4: Fill in the delivery details

Enter your mobile number and your complete address (house, street, area, city, province). Both are required.

  5. Step 5: Generate the consumer number

Choose Generate Consumer Number. You get a 1Bill consumer number (PSID) for the fee.

  6. Step 6: Pay it

In your banking or wallet app, go to bill payments, choose 1Bill, and pay that number. The page lists the steps for several banks.

  7. Step 7: Check the payment

Come back to the same page and choose Check Payment Status. When the payment is found, your order goes to printing and you get a confirmation email.

Certificates for older courses

If you studied with NSDP before the current portal, your certificate is still available. The certificate page on the NSDP website looks up your courses by the email on your account, including:

  • Certificates NSDP issued to you earlier.
  • Courses NSDP recorded for your email by hand (for example, older batches).
  • Courses you completed on NSDP's earlier learning system.
  1. Step 1: Sign in on nsdp.pk/get-certificate

Use the email you studied with. If you studied with a different email, sign out and sign in with that one.

  2. Step 2: Find the course

Completed courses show Download certificate; the certificate is created when you first download it, with its own verification ID.

  3. Step 3: Order a hard copy if you want one

    The same steps as above.

Questions

Do I need a hard copy?

No. The digital certificate is your certificate, and anyone can check it with its verification ID. The hard copy is optional.

My older course is not listed.

Contact the NSDP helpline (0304 111 0869) from your registered email address, and tell them the course name and when you studied it.

I paid the consumer number but the page still says unpaid.

Payments can take a little time to show. Wait a few minutes and choose Check Payment Status again. If it still does not show, contact the helpline with your consumer number.
