You can reach NSDP by phone, WhatsApp, email or NSDP Rehnuma, NSDP's AI assistant chat. For most questions, start with this help centre or Rehnuma: they answer at any time of day. When you need a person, use the helpline or ask Rehnuma to pass your question to NSDP's team.

NSDP Rehnuma and "Talk to a person"
Step 1: Open the chat
The round green button with the NSDP crest at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2: Ask your question
In English, Urdu or Roman Urdu. It answers in the language you write in.
Step 3: Ask for a person if you need one
Type "talk to a human", "agent se baat karni hai", "insaan se baat" or "I have a complaint". The chat confirms a ticket number and the email NSDP's team will reply to. Your chat is attached, so you do not need to repeat it.
Step 4: Or press Talk to a person
At the top of the chat: choose a topic, write your message and say how you want us to contact you (email, phone or WhatsApp).
The topics are: admissions, fees and payments, refunds, certificates, courses and classes, schemes, affiliates, instructors and campuses, technical issues, and other. The full guide is in NSDP Rehnuma, NSDP's AI assistant.
Before you contact NSDP
- Note your full name and the email or phone number on your account.
- Note what you were trying to do, the page, the time and the exact message you saw. A screenshot helps.
- Keep any reference number: payment reference, PSID, ticket number, application number or certificate serial.
- For a payment, note the amount, the date and the method you used.
Questions
Can I get help outside helpline hours?
Yes. This help centre and NSDP Rehnuma are open day and night. You can also email support or ask Rehnuma for a person at any time.
I asked for a person. How will I hear back?
By email, at the address the chat confirms with your ticket number. If you chose phone or WhatsApp in the Talk to a person form, NSDP may call or message you instead.
I cannot sign in, so I cannot open the chat in my panel.
Use Forgot password first. NSDP Rehnuma is also on the NSDP website, and you can call the helpline or email support.
