NSDP sets a standard monthly fee for each way of learning. Courses and classes made by NSDP's instructors and campuses use these fees; instructors and campuses cannot set their own prices. The price on the course page and at checkout is always the one that counts.
Fees by format

For example, a live Zoom class that runs 3 months shows PKR 2,000 / month and Paid in advance: PKR 6,000 for 3 months (one payment). You pay the PKR 6,000 once, at checkout. A course or class runs for 1 to 12 months.
One payment or monthly?
One payment, in advance. The fee is shown per month so you can compare courses, but the whole course fee (the monthly fee × the months the course runs) is paid at checkout, before the course starts. You are not charged again every month. The amount at checkout is the one you pay.
Ways to pay
Checkout shows the payment methods NSDP has switched on, so you may not see every option below.

Installment and subscription plans
NSDP's courses and classes are paid in advance, in one payment, unless a payment plan is shown at checkout. The portal has room for four kinds of price: free, one-time payment, installments (2 to 36 payments) and subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly), but at the moment only free and one-time prices can be paid at checkout. Recurring checkout for installment and subscription plans is not switched on yet, so if a course shows such a plan, checkout stops with a message.

Refunds: 24 hours, every format
Don't like the course? Anyone can ask for the course fee back within the 24-hour window:

Step 1: Ask for the refund
In the student panel, press Request a refund on the course card (Self-paced courses, Live Zoom classes or On-campus classes) and give a short reason. Or contact the helpline 0304 111 0869, WhatsApp 03484350668, support.department@nsdp.pk or the NSDP Rehnuma chat.
Step 2: Refund requested
The card shows Refund requested with your ticket number. NSDP's team contacts you.
Step 3: Fee returned
The course fee is refunded and your access to the course or class is removed.
Laptop Scheme and Asaan Karobar Card
Applying for the Laptop Scheme or the Asaan Karobar Card has no fee: there is no payment step in the application. One of the requirements is that the fee of the course you apply with has been paid. Never pay anyone who offers to get you an award; awards are given on merit only.

The course page shows a different price from the fees above.
Some courses, such as courses NSDP publishes itself or older courses, can carry their own price, and coupons can lower a price. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
I paid but I do not have access.
Online payments are usually confirmed within minutes. For PayPro, choose Check payment. For a bank transfer, wait for NSDP's approval email. If it is taking too long, call the helpline with your payment reference.
Can I pay month by month?
No. The fee is shown per month, but the whole course fee is paid in advance, in one payment, at checkout (unless a payment plan is shown at checkout).
How do I ask for a refund?
