If you attend classes at a campus, your portal has two extra pages: Campus news & events (under Stay updated) and Complaints & suggestions (under You).
Events
- Press RSVP to take a place. You get a confirmation email and a reminder a day before.
- Can no longer come? Press Cancel my place so someone on the waitlist can have it.
- Events open to the public are also listed on your campus's page on the NSDP website.
Sending a complaint or suggestion
Step 1: Open Complaints & suggestions
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Fill in the form
Choose the campus, complaint or suggestion, what it is about, a subject and your message (at least 10 characters). Add up to 5 photos if they help.
Step 3: Anonymous if you like
Tick Send anonymously and the campus will not see your name, email or student code. NSDP administration can still see who sent it, so the box is not misused.
Step 4: Follow the answer
You are emailed when the campus replies. You can write again until it is closed.
What each status means
- NewSent; the campus has not answered yet.
- In progressThe campus is working on it.
- ResolvedThe campus says it is done. Writing again reopens it.
- ClosedFinished.
- OverdueThe campus did not answer within 3 working days.
Asking NSDP to step in
If the campus has not answered in time, or you are not satisfied, open the item and choose Ask NSDP. Say why in a few words. NSDP administration then reads the conversation and can reply. You can do this once per item.
Class reminder emails
You get an email before each on-campus class (and before live Zoom classes whose teacher switched reminders on). To stop them, open Notifications and untick Class reminder emails under Email settings.
