NSDP Rehnuma (رہنما, "guide") is NSDP's automated help desk. It is open day and night in your panel: the round green button with the NSDP crest at the bottom right of the screen.
What you can ask
| You are | Try asking |
|---|---|
| A student | "Recommend a course for me", "Graphic design ka on-campus course Lahore mein?", "How is my progress?", "Am I eligible for a laptop?", "How do I get my certificate?" |
| An instructor | "How do I create a course?", "Where is my course in review?", "How much have I earned?", "How do I request a payout?" |
| A campus | "How do I add a new batch?", "Summary of my batches", "How do I put forward a teacher?" |
| An affiliate partner | "What is my referral link?", "How much commission have I earned?", "Which courses should I promote?" |
| A company | "How do I post a job?", "Can I post a free internship?" |
What an answer looks like
- A short, direct answer to what you asked, in plain words.
- When it helps, up to three course cards (format, fee, dates, admission) and one to three buttons that open the right page.
- Thumbs up or down under each answer: tell NSDP whether it helped.
Your privacy
- It only reads your own records (your courses, fees, certificates, earnings, batches or referral link). It never shows anyone else's.
- Never type passwords, OTP codes, card numbers or your CNIC. If you do, they are removed before the chat is saved.
- Chats are kept for NSDP's quality checks for a limited time, then deleted.
Talking to a person
Step 1: Ask for a person in the chat
For example "I want to talk to a human", "agent se baat karni hai", "insaan se baat karwa dein" or "I have a complaint".
Step 2: Get your ticket number
The chat confirms it straight away and says which email NSDP's team will reply to. Your chat is attached, so you do not need to repeat it.
Step 3: Or use Need more help?
In the chat's menu (the three dots at the top) you can also choose a topic, add a note and a phone number for a call back.
Am I talking to a person?
No. NSDP Rehnuma is NSDP's automated help desk. If you ask, it says so, and it can pass your question to a person on NSDP's team at any time.
Why was an answer very short?
It answers only what you asked. Ask a follow-up question for more detail, or ask for a person.
I do not see the green button.
NSDP can switch the help desk chat on or off for each panel. If it is off, use the help centre or contact NSDP support.
