Your certificate is digital and you can download it at any time. If you also want a printed, officially stamped copy, order it in the portal: NSDP prints it and sends it to you by courier. Every printed copy carries a QR code that opens its verification page, so anyone can check it is genuine.
How to order
Step 2: Choose the certificate
On the certificate you want printed, press Order printed copy.
Step 3: Check the name
The name is filled in from your certificate. You can fix capitals, spaces and punctuation, but not change the name itself (the print must match the certificate's record).
Step 4: Enter the delivery address
Province, city, area, house and street, an optional postal code, and a mobile number the courier can call.
Step 5: Choose how many copies
One copy is the default. The fee for each extra copy is shown before you continue.
Step 6: Pay the fee
Press Continue to payment and pay with any method shown. Your order joins the printing queue as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Tracking your order
Open My certificates → My printed copies and choose the order. Its tracker shows each step with its date. When the certificate is handed to the courier you see the courier's name and tracking number, with a link to the courier's tracking page.
Order status
- Awaiting paymentThe order is placed but not paid. Press Pay now on the order.
- Pending (paid)Your payment is received and the certificate is waiting in the printing queue.
- PrintingYour certificate is being printed and stamped.
- DispatchedHanded to the courier. The courier name and tracking number are on the order.
- DeliveredThe courier has delivered your certificate.
- CancelledThe order was cancelled. If you had paid, the fee is refunded.
- RefundedThe fee has been returned to you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel from the order page until printing starts. An unpaid order is simply cancelled. If you already paid, cancelling sends a refund request to NSDP and the fee is refunded to you; you get an email when the refund is made. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled; contact NSDP support if something is wrong.
Living outside Pakistan
Printed certificates are delivered within Pakistan only. If you live abroad, you can give an address in Pakistan (a relative, for example), or contact NSDP support to ask about other options. Your digital certificate works everywhere and can be checked online.
Messages you might see
“The printed name must match the name on your certificate.”

Questions
Do I need a printed copy?
No. The digital certificate is your certificate and anyone can check it online. The printed copy is optional.
How long does delivery take?
Usually within 14 working days of payment. The expected date is shown on your order.
I ordered a hard copy on the NSDP website before. Where is it?
Orders placed earlier on the NSDP website are still being completed by NSDP and you get emails as they move. New orders are placed in the portal.
I entered the wrong address.
If printing has not started, cancel the order and order again. Otherwise contact NSDP support with your order number as soon as possible.
