The NSDP instructor agreement

Why the portal asks you to accept the instructor agreement before anything else opens, how to sign it, what it covers, how to read or print it later, and what happens when NSDP updates it.

Every instructor teaches on the NSDP Learning Portal under the NSDP Instructor Agreement. Your account is ready as soon as it is created, but the portal opens only after you have read the agreement and accepted it. Until then every menu row except Agreement and Help centre is locked.

Accepting the agreement

  1. Step 1: Open Agreement

You are sent there automatically after your first sign-in. The yellow note says the portal is waiting for your agreement.

Sign in to open this screen
  2. Step 2: Read every section

The sections are numbered (About this agreement, Your account, Courses and NSDP review, Teaching live classes, Fees and payments, Students and their data, Ownership, Certificates, Suspension, General).

  3. Step 3: Type your full name

Under Sign and accept. At least 3 characters, up to 120.

  4. Step 4: Tick the confirmation and choose I agree · open my portal

The button is greyed out until both are done. The menu unlocks straight away.

What the agreement covers

TopicIn short
Your statusYou teach as an independent instructor, not an employee of NSDP or the Government of Pakistan.
Your accountPersonal to you. Your name, CNIC or passport, qualifications and bank details must be true and kept up to date.
ReviewNothing reaches students until NSDP approves it; changes to an approved course or class are reviewed again.
Live classesStart classes on time from the portal; arrange a make-up class if you cannot teach; classes are recorded for the batch.
Fees and earningsNSDP sets student fees. Your share shows in Earnings & withdrawals; payouts go only to your verified bank account, between the 1st and the 10th of each month. You handle your own taxes.
StudentsTreat students with respect, keep their data confidential and do not take payments or services outside NSDP.
ContentYou keep ownership; NSDP may host, show and promote it. Certificates are issued by NSDP only.
EndingYou may stop teaching at any time (running batches must be completed or handed over). NSDP may suspend an account that breaks the agreement.

When NSDP updates the agreement

Each agreement has a version (shown in the green header as Agreement · version …). When NSDP publishes a new version, the menu locks again and the page says the agreement has been updated. Read the new text and accept it the same way; your courses, classes and earnings are untouched in the meantime.
