Certificates are issued automatically when you meet the requirement: finishing a course, finishing a programme, or attending enough of a live batch. You can view, print and download them from your dashboard.
How certificates are earned
| For | You receive it when |
|---|---|
| A recorded course | Your course progress reaches 100%, if the course has a certificate. It is issued automatically and you are emailed ("Certificate issued for …"). |
| A programme (bundle) | Depending on the programme: one certificate when you complete every course in it, or a certificate for each course you complete. |
| A live or in-person batch | Your attendance reaches the programme's minimum, when the batch ends or is closed. See How live batch certificates are earned. |
The My certificates page
- The menu item is there whenever your school has certificates switched on, also before your first certificate (your school may call it something else).
- Four figures at the top: Certificates earned, the date of the Latest, how many are In progress, and a reminder that each one can be verified online.
- Earned certificates shows one card per certificate: what it is for (course, programme or class), the title, the Issued date, the campus for a class certificate, the name it was awarded to and the certificate number.
- Each card has View & print, Download (image certificates only), Share and Verify.
- On the way lists the courses and classes you have not finished yet, with a ring for how far you are: lessons complete for a self-paced course, attendance so far against what is needed for a class. Choose one to open it.
- Refresh reloads the list, for example right after finishing a course.
Finding and downloading your certificates
Step 1: Open My certificates
Each card shows the title, the issue date and the certificate number.
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Choose View & print
The certificate opens full size in a new tab.
Step 3: Save it
Use Download PNG (where offered) for an image, or Print / Save as PDF and pick "Save as PDF" in your browser's print window.
- You can also reach a course certificate from the course itself: the Certificate card on the course page, or the Certificate tab in the course player.
- Share sends the certificate's verification link (or copies it, with "Link copied"). Verify opens the public check page. See Verifying a certificate.
- Certificates for on-campus classes are issued and kept here in the portal too, the same as for online classes.
- If a certificate is revoked by the issuer you can no longer download it, and verification shows it as revoked.
Programme certificates
The programme page shows which kind you get and your progress towards it: Single bundle certificate ("Final certificate unlocks when all modules reach 100%.") or Certificate per module ("X/Y module certificates earned.").

FAQ
I finished the course but have no certificate.
Check that every lesson shows complete (quizzes must be passed) so progress is 100%. If it is and there's still nothing, the course may not award a certificate; ask your school.
My name is wrong on the certificate.
Correct your name under My account, then contact your school so they can update the certificate.
Where is my batch certificate?
It is issued when the batch ends or is closed, if your attendance met the minimum. It then appears under My certificates. Until then the class is listed under On the way with your attendance so far.
Can I get a printed copy?
You can print it yourself with Print / Save as PDF. At NSDP you can also order an official, stamped printed copy delivered to your door: press Order printed copy on the certificate (PKR 2,500 per copy at the time of writing, delivery within Pakistan included, usually within 14 working days). See Ordering a printed certificate.
