Why the campus portal opens on the Agreement page, how to read and accept the NSDP Campus Partner Agreement, what happens when NSDP publishes a new version, and where to find the signed record later.

Before a campus can use the portal, someone authorised by the institution accepts the NSDP Campus Partner Agreement. It sets out what NSDP provides, what the campus is responsible for (premises, seats, true attendance), how courses are reviewed, how fees and the campus share work, and how either side can end the partnership. Until it is accepted, every screen except Agreement and the help rows is locked.

Accepting the agreement

  1. Step 1: Open Agreement

A new campus lands here after its first sign-in. Every other row in the menu shows a lock until you accept.

Sign in to open this screen
  2. Step 2: Read every section

The sections are numbered. Print gives you a paper or PDF copy to read with your management first.

  3. Step 3: Type your full name

At least 3 characters. Typing your name counts as your signature.

  4. Step 4: Tick the confirmation

It confirms you are authorised by the institution, have read the agreement and that the institution agrees to follow it.

  5. Step 5: Choose I agree · open my portal

The acceptance is recorded with your name, the date and time and the version, and the whole portal opens.

What the page shows

What the agreement covers

SectionIn short
The campus accountThe login belongs to the institution; keep the password safe and share it only with authorised staff.
Premises and facilitiesSafe, suitable rooms; never more students in a batch than the seats offered.
Courses, batches and reviewCourses go to students only after NSDP approves them; batches run on the published dates; attendance is marked truthfully for every class.
Fees and paymentsStudents pay NSDP through official channels only; the campus never charges extra or collects fees itself; the campus share is shown in the portal and paid to the bank account on record.
Students and their dataStudent details are used only to run the course.
Name, branding and certificatesThe NSDP name and logo only as NSDP allows; certificates follow the published rules.
Suspension and endingHow either side can end the partnership, and what happens to running batches.

When NSDP updates the agreement

Each version of the agreement has a date. When NSDP publishes a new version, the next time the campus opens the portal the page says NSDP has updated the agreement and the other screens lock again until the new version is accepted. Batches, registrations and payouts carry on in the background; only the portal screens wait.
