Your Campus profile holds the details NSDP keeps about your campus: name and type, contacts, address, hours, administration, facilities, logo, photos and a description. Students and NSDP rely on these details, so changes are checked before they go live.

Sending a change
Step 1: Open Campus profile and choose Edit on a section
Or use Edit next to the section on the Change requests tab.
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Make your changes
Only that section is sent. Add an optional Note for NSDP telling the reviewer why it changed or where to verify it.
Step 3: Send
A message at the top of the page confirms what happened, with a reference that starts with
CPC-.
| Message after sending | What it means |
|---|---|
sent to NSDP for approval (2 fields, ref CPC-…). Your profile stays as it is until then. | A new request is waiting for NSDP. |
the request waiting for review now has your latest version | The section already had a request open; your new version replaced it. |
sent back to NSDP with your update | You answered NSDP's request for more information. |
matches your live profile again, so the pending request was withdrawn. | You changed the section back to what is live, so there is nothing left to review. |
saved and live (approval is not required for profile changes at the moment). | NSDP currently applies profile changes straight away; the profile is already updated. |

Section and request statuses
What each status means
- Pending reviewWaiting for NSDP review. The section's button reads Update; sending again replaces what you sent.
- NSDP needs infoNSDP asked a question. A note at the top of the profile quotes it with Update section.
- ApprovedApproved and live. The chip shows for 21 days after the decision.
- Not approvedYour live profile wasn't changed. A note with the reason and Edit again shows for 21 days.
- LiveNo open request; what you see is what NSDP holds.
- WithdrawnTaken back by your campus, or replaced by a change back to the live values.
Answering NSDP's question
Step 1: Read the question
It shows in a yellow note at the top of the profile, for example Contact details: NSDP needs more information, and in the change history.
Step 2: Choose Update section
The drawer opens with what you sent last time and NSDP's question at the top.
Step 3: Change what was asked and send
Sending the section again answers the request and returns it to NSDP. Add a note if the answer isn't a field change.
The Change requests tab
- Profile sections lists all nine sections with their state and an Edit or Update button.
- Change history lists every request with its status, the fields changed (before and after), any message from NSDP, and a timeline: Sent for review, NSDP started reviewing, NSDP asked for more information, Approved, Not approved, Withdrawn, Replaced.
- Withdraw request on an open request asks you to confirm, then stops the review. Your live profile is not affected.
Rules worth knowing
- One open request per section. Editing a section that already has a request waiting replaces what you sent before; it doesn't create a second request.
- Changing a section back to its live values withdraws the open request for that section.
- You can withdraw an open request at any time from the change history. Your live profile is not affected.
- Different sections are separate requests and can be approved separately.
- Images (logo, banner, profile image, gallery photos) are uploaded when you choose them but only appear on the profile once the request is approved.
- If NSDP changes the same details while your request is waiting, NSDP compares both versions before applying yours.
- While the campus is suspended, profile edits are paused.

FAQ
Why don't photos appear on the profile straight away?
Gallery photos and the logo are part of the change request. They appear once NSDP approves them.
Can I edit the profile while the campus is suspended?
No. The profile stays readable, but edits are paused until NSDP reactivates the campus.
How long does approval take?
The portal doesn't set a time. A short note explaining the change and where to verify it helps NSDP decide faster.
My change wasn't approved. Can I try again?
Yes. Choose Edit again, address NSDP's reason and send. There is no limit on attempts for profile changes.
