Class reminder emails for on-site batches

Every on-site batch at your campus sends its students an email before each class. You do not need to switch anything on. Open Teaching → Class reminders to change it for a batch.

   Step 1: Open Class reminders

   Under Teaching in the menu. Batches that have ended are not listed.

   Sign in to open this screen

   Step 2: Switch a batch on or off

   Untick On to stop reminders for that batch.

   Step 3: Choose when

   Pick how long before each class the email goes. It applies from the next class.
