A dispute is a written case between your campus and NSDP administration. Use it for anything that needs a decision or a correction from NSDP, so the facts, replies and outcome stay on record. For a quick question, Contact NSDP by email is enough.
The Disputes page
- The figures at the top: All disputes since the campus joined, Open (with how many are under review by NSDP), Awaiting your reply (NSDP answered last) and Resolved (with how many are closed). Choose a figure to filter the list.
- Two lists, Open and Resolved, also reachable from the sidebar. Open holds Open and Under review cases; Resolved holds Resolved and Closed ones.
- Search by subject or description, and filter by status, category and priority.
- Each row shows the subject, number of messages, last update, the linked batch, the category, priority and status. Raised by NSDP marks a case NSDP opened with your campus; Your reply needed marks a case where NSDP answered last.
