A payout request asks NSDP to pay your campus's available earnings into the bank account in the campus's approved verification. NSDP reviews every request, then prepares the transfer and records its payment reference. You follow each request on Payouts → Requests.
Before you start
- Your Available balance must be at least the minimum payout. Shares become available when their reserve period ends; see Reading your campus payout figures.
- The campus must be verified (menu → Verification), with a bank account NSDP pays to. There is no payout account to add.
- No other request may be open. A request counts as open while it is With NSDP, NSDP needs information, Approved or Payment being prepared.
- The campus must be active, and NSDP must not have paused campus payout requests.
Sending a request
Step 1: Open the request form
Choose Request payout at the top of Payouts or in the Next step box on Overview. The toolbar's New → Request payout opens it too. If you can't request right now, the page shows You can't request a payout right now with the reason.
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Check the amount
It is pre-filled with your whole available balance, rounded down to the rupee. Use Minimum or Everything available to fill it quickly, or type your own amount.
Step 3: Choose where to be paid
Pick an account under Pay to. Your default account is selected first.
Step 4: Add a note if useful
For example which batches the payout is for.
Step 5: Send request
The form closes, a Request sent notice gives the new reference, and the page switches to the Requests tab.

One open request at a time
Your campus can have only one open request. While it is open, the Request payout button is locked and the In a request figure shows its reference. You can send the next request as soon as the current one is Paid, Rejected or Cancelled. If you want a larger amount, cancel the open request while it is still with NSDP and send a new one.
Request statuses
What each status means
- With NSDPSent and waiting for NSDP's review. You can still cancel it.
- NSDP needs informationNSDP asked a question, shown in an NSDP asks box. Choose Reply to NSDP; your answer sends it back for review. You can also cancel it.
- ApprovedNSDP agreed to pay. It can no longer be cancelled from the portal.
- Payment being preparedNSDP is making the bank or wallet transfer.
- PaidThe money has been sent. The Payment reference from NSDP's transfer is shown so you can match it on your statement. The shares move to Paid out.
- RejectedNSDP declined the request. The reason is shown in an NSDP says box or in the notes. The claimed shares go back to Available.
- CancelledYou cancelled it, or it was cancelled because every sale behind it was refunded. The claimed shares go back to Available.

- NSDP
Payment prepared
NSDP makes the transfer to the account on the request.
- NSDP

NSDP records the transfer's payment reference.
Each request card shows these steps as a tracker with the date each step was reached. A rejected or cancelled request keeps the steps it passed and ends at Rejected or Cancelled.
Reading a request card
- Reference and amount: the CPW reference and the recorded amount.
- Sales and account: how many sales the request covers, and the provider with the last four digits of the account.
- NSDP asks / NSDP says: NSDP's question, or the reason for a rejection.
- Payment reference: appears once the request is paid.
- Notes from NSDP: messages NSDP added along the way, plus automatic notes such as a refund adjustment.
- Raise a dispute about this payout: opens a dispute linked to this request.
Reference numbers
| Reference | Who creates it | Use it to |
|---|---|---|
Request reference, e.g. CPW-7K2Q9M | Created when you send the request | Refer to the request when you contact NSDP or open a dispute. |
| Payment reference | Entered by NSDP when it marks the request paid (the bank or wallet transaction reference) | Match the payment on your bank statement or wallet history. |
Answering NSDP's question
Step 1: Open Payouts → Requests
The request shows NSDP needs information and the question in an NSDP asks box.
Sign in to open this screenStep 2: Choose Reply to NSDP
The dialog repeats NSDP's question.
Step 3: Write your answer and choose Send reply
2 to 1,200 characters. The request goes back to With NSDP for review.
Cancelling a request
- Choose Cancel request on the card, optionally give a reason (up to 1,200 characters), and confirm. The claimed shares go straight back to Available.
- Only a request that is With NSDP or NSDP needs information can be cancelled. Once NSDP has approved it, contact NSDP or open a dispute instead.
Refunds and changes after you send it
- If a seat behind an open request is refunded, the request shrinks by that share and a note reads Refund adjustment: PKR … removed. If nothing is left, the request is cancelled with the note Every sale behind this request was refunded, so it was cancelled.
- NSDP can still close an approved request, for example when a sale behind it was refunded after approval. The reason appears in the notes and the shares return to Available, so you can request again.
- A request keeps the account details it was sent with. The account it uses can't be edited or removed until the request is paid or closed.

FAQ
How long does a payout take?
It depends on NSDP's review and transfer. The tracker on each request shows the date every step was reached, and the status changes as soon as NSDP acts.
I picked the wrong account. Can I change it?
Not on an open request. While it is still with NSDP, cancel it and send a new request with the right account.
Can I request only part of my balance?
Yes, any amount from the minimum up to your Available balance. The rest stays available for a later request.
My request was rejected. What now?
Read NSDP's reason on the card. The shares are back in Available, so you can fix the issue (for example the account) and send a new request. If you disagree with the decision, raise a dispute about this payout.
Can we see our requests while the campus is suspended?
Yes. Everything stays readable, but you can't send, reply to or cancel requests until NSDP reactivates the campus.
How far back does the Requests tab go?
It lists your most recent 100 requests, newest first.
