The Teachers page is where your campus sees the teachers NSDP has approved to teach at your campus, and follows every person you have put forward. NSDP verifies each candidate, usually interviews them, and only then creates their teacher account.

Where to find it

  • Open Teachers in the campus menu. Its sub-menu also has Put a teacher forward.
  • /campus/teachers?tab=requests opens straight on the Requests tab, and ?filter=action on the requests waiting for you. Links in NSDP's emails and on other pages use these.
  • Press Refresh to reload both lists without leaving the page.

The four figures at the top

Each figure is a shortcut: selecting it opens the matching tab and filter. The request figure you are looking at is underlined.

The Approved teachers tab

One row per teacher linked to your campus, whether you put them forward or NSDP assigned them. Each row shows the teacher, contact details, subjects, the batches they teach at your campus, and whether their account is active.

ControlWhat it does
SearchFinds teachers by name, email, phone, CNIC, reference, city, subject, summary or batch name. A number-only search also matches CNICs and phone numbers typed with spaces or dashes.
All / Active / InactiveActive teachers can sign in. Inactive means NSDP has switched the teacher's account off.
SortName A–Z, Name Z–A, Most batches, or Recently approved.
Row or arrowOpens the teacher's profile drawer.

The teacher profile drawer

  • Summary: the professional summary from your request, or the teacher's own bio.
  • Contact: email and phone, each with a copy icon.
  • From your request: reference, CNIC, city, qualification, experience and teaching mode. Shown only for teachers your campus put forward.
  • Subjects: the expertise areas from your request.
  • Batches at your campus: every in-person batch here that the teacher instructs, including finished ones, with dates and status. Open batches takes you to the Batches page.
  • Copy profile in the footer copies the whole profile as text.

Put forward by you or assigned by NSDP

NSDP can also link an existing teacher to your campus directly. For those teachers the drawer says Assigned to your campus by NSDP, and their application details stay with NSDP: you see their name, contact details and batches, but not a CNIC, qualification or subjects. Contact NSDP administration if you need more.

The Requests tab

One card for every person your campus has put forward, newest first. Each card shows:

  • The candidate's name and reference (e.g. TUT-7KQ2-M4XD), email and phone, each with a copy icon.
  • A status chip and a Copy profile button.
  • The professional summary, when you gave one, then the date put forward, experience, city and subjects.
  • A progress track: Submitted → Review → Interview → Decision (see below).
  • A message box when there is something to say: NSDP's question, the interview booking, the rejection reason, or the approval.
  • Attempt history when the request has been rejected before, with every earlier decision and NSDP's reason.

Searching and filtering requests

  • Filter chips: All, Needs action, With NSDP, Approved, Rejected, and Withdrawn (only when you have one). Each shows its count.
  • Search: name, reference, CNIC, email, phone, city, summary or subject.
  • Sort: Newest first, Oldest first, Name A–Z, or Needs action first.
  • Showing 3 of 12 under the toolbar tells you a filter is on; use its reset link to see everything again.
  • The tab lists your 100 most recent requests.

What each status means

Copy profile

Copy profile puts a plain-text profile on your clipboard, ready to paste into an email, a chat or a spreadsheet note. The button briefly shows Copied. Only details your campus sent or may see are included; empty details are left out.

FAQ

A request says Approved but the teacher isn't under Approved teachers.

Press Refresh. If the teacher still doesn't appear, NSDP may have removed the link to your campus; contact NSDP administration.

Can we remove a teacher from our campus?

No. Only NSDP can remove the link. Contact NSDP administration or open a dispute under Teacher.

How do we put an approved teacher on a batch?

Batches, and who teaches them, are set up by NSDP and the teachers in the live session editor. Approval makes the teacher available for your campus's batches and courses.

Why is there no CNIC or qualification for some teachers?

Those teachers were assigned to your campus by NSDP, so their application details stay with NSDP.

What does teaching now mean?

Teachers who instruct at least one batch at your campus that is not completed or cancelled.
