The Hiring panel is the one place to hire on NSDP. It always acts for your own organisation, worked out from your sign-in: you see and change only your own listings and applicants.
| Who | How you get there | You post as | Before it goes live |
|---|---|---|---|
| A company | It is your home: it opens when you sign in (after the Employer Agreement). | Your company | NSDP reviews each listing |
| A campus | Switch panel → Hiring at the top. The old Careers address opens it too. | Your campus | NSDP reviews each listing |
| An NSDP instructor | Switch panel → Hiring at the top. | Yourself, as an NSDP instructor | NSDP reviews every listing |
| An NSDP admin (Manage settings) | Careers → Hiring panel in the admin menu. | NSDP | Nothing: it goes live when you publish |
Hiring as an instructor
- Hire an assistant for your classes, or offer a paid or free internship in your own freelance or agency work.
- Before your first post: your identity verification must be submitted (as for sending a course for review), and you accept the short NSDP hiring terms on the Hiring dashboard.
- Listings show Posted by: an NSDP instructor with your name. Only NSDP students and instructors can apply.
- You see only your own listings and applicants, and you can't apply to a listing you posted.
Switching in and back
- A campus or an instructor uses the same sign-in: nothing to log in to again.
- To go back, open Switch panel → Campus (or Teaching) at the top, or the Switch to Campus / Switch to Instructor card at the bottom of the menu.
- An admin goes back with Admin workspace at the top. The admin Careers screens still show every listing and the review queue; the Hiring panel shows NSDP's own only.
What each screen does
