The campus portal is where your campus runs its on-site courses, follows the in-person batches held at your premises, puts teachers forward and tracks its earnings. You sign in with the campus login NSDP created for you, and everything you see is limited to your own campus.
The menu
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Today's classes at your campus, batches assigned, seats taken, open registrations and approved teachers. |
| Reports & analytics | Registrations, attendance, batches, teachers and sales over a date range. Every table downloads as CSV. |
| On-site courses | The courses taught in person at your campus (All on-site courses, New on-site course). |
| Batches | Every on-site batch at your campus in one workspace: registration (open / close), the students holding a seat, each class with its register and Change (cancel, move, mark held), and Add a batch for another intake of an approved course. |
| Teachers | Teachers approved to teach at your campus, the people you have put forward, and Put a teacher forward. |
| Certificates | Certificates for your batches: who is eligible, who has one, closing a batch and revoking a certificate. |
| Recorded courses | Shown only while NSDP has attached a recorded course to your campus. You view the attached courses and give them free to your own students. A campus does not create recorded courses. |
| Reviews | Ratings and reviews students gave your on-campus classes; you can reply once to each. |
| Comments | Shown only while a recorded course is attached to your campus: learner questions on those courses, to read. |
| Disputes | Issues you have raised with NSDP administration (Open and Resolved). |
| Payouts | Your campus share of paid seats (Overview), payout Requests and Payout accounts. |
| Campus profile | The details NSDP holds for your campus. Edits are sent to NSDP as change requests. |
| Verification | Owner identity, registration and bank account, checked by NSDP. |
| Agreement | Your campus's agreement with NSDP. Until it is accepted it is the only screen that opens. |
| Account & security | From the account menu (top right): the login email, the campus password and signing out other devices. |
| Help centre | Guides like this one (under Support). |
| Contact NSDP | Opens an email to NSDP support with your campus name in the subject (under Support). |
- Areas with several screens (On-site courses, Teachers, Disputes, Payouts) open a column with their screens while you work inside them.
- Hiring is its own panel: open it with Switch panel → Hiring at the top, and come back the same way. It is not in the menu.
- The New menu in the toolbar is a shortcut to the five actions that create something. It is hidden while the campus is suspended.
Numbers on the menu
- A small grey figure is a count, for example how many batches are assigned, how many on-site courses you have, or how many teachers are approved.
- A gold badge means something is waiting for you: batches open for registration, teacher requests that need you, open disputes, or a payout request in progress.
- The numbers refresh as you move around the portal.
Who controls what
| NSDP decides | Your campus does |
|---|---|
| Whether an on-site course is approved (its content, price and weekly plan stay as approved) | Creates on-site courses with its teachers and adds further batches of approved ones |
| Your campus's seats per batch (the most a batch can have) | Sets each batch's venue, seats and registration window; opens and closes registration |
| Removing a student's registration | Takes attendance on each class's day; cancels, moves or marks classes held |
| Which teachers are approved | Puts teachers forward and answers NSDP's questions |
| Which recorded courses are attached to your campus | Views attached recorded courses and gives them free to its own students |
| Payout decisions | Requests payouts and manages payout accounts |
| Campus code, status, seats per batch and your login | Proposes profile changes |
| Whether a programme awards certificates, and its attendance minimum | Closes batches and issues or revokes batch certificates |

FAQ
Can we see other campuses?
No. The portal only ever shows your own campus.
Can we have more than one login?
No. Each campus has one portal login. Share it only with the people who run the portal.
The portal says this login is not linked to a campus.
Contact NSDP administration; the login has no campus attached.
