Universities, colleges, technical and vocational institutes, private institutes, schools and NGOs anywhere in Pakistan can become NSDP partner campuses and run NSDP's on-site courses. This is the path from the application to your first batch of students.

1. Apply on the NSDP website

Open the campus application on nsdp.pk. You give the institution's name, type and ownership (owned or leased premises), registration number if any, province, city and address, seats per batch, computer labs and internet, and a contact person, with supporting documents. You get a reference like CMP-XXXX-XXXX.

What happens to your application

  • New / Under reviewNSDP is reading it.
  • Waiting on applicantNSDP emailed you a question. Answer it on the website with your reference.
  • ApprovedYour institution is now an NSDP campus. You are emailed its campus code.
  • RejectedYou are emailed the reason when NSDP gave one.

2. Login, agreement and verification

  • The campus login. Each campus has one portal login for the campus email, set up by NSDP after approval. Sign in at the campus sign-in page and replace any temporary password first.
  • Accept the NSDP Campus Partner Agreement. Someone authorised by the institution accepts it; until then every screen except Agreement and help is locked.
  • Verify the campus on the Verification page: the owner's identity, the institution and its bank account. NSDP checks it by hand. The campus share is paid only into the verified bank account.

3. Campus profile and photos

Your campus has a public page on the NSDP website built from the Campus profile: contact details, address and map, hours, facilities, social links and a photo gallery (up to 24 photos). Changes go to NSDP as change requests and appear once approved, usually within the hour. Daylight photos of the entrance, a full classroom or lab and students at work help learners choose you.

4. Teachers and on-site courses

  • Put your teachers forward from Teachers. NSDP approves each one (sometimes after an interview) and links them to your campus.
  • Create an on-site course with On-site courses → New on-site course: the course, its teacher, the schedule and weekly plan, the venue and seats. It goes to NSDP for review and is published once approved.

5. Batches and registration

A batch is one intake of a course with its own start date, class days, seats and registration window. Open the first batch's registration with Launch registration; students register and pay through NSDP. Add a batch runs another intake of an approved course without another review.

No. The campus earns its share of the fees of the students who study there.

We were approved but have no login yet.

NSDP sets up the campus login as a separate step after approval. Contact NSDP support with your campus code if it has not arrived.
