What each area of the campus portal is for, the menu and the New menu, what the numbers beside menu items mean, what NSDP controls and what your campus controls, and where to start on your first day.

The campus portal is where your campus runs its on-site courses, follows the in-person batches held at your premises, puts teachers forward and tracks its earnings. You sign in with the campus login NSDP created for you, and everything you see is limited to your own campus.

The menu

AreaWhat you do there

BatchesEvery on-site batch at your campus in one workspace: registration (open / close), the students holding a seat, each class with its register and Change (cancel, move, mark held), and Add a batch for another intake of an approved course.

  • Areas with several screens (On-site courses, Teachers, Disputes, Payouts) open a column with their screens while you work inside them.
  • Hiring is its own panel: open it with Switch panel → Hiring at the top, and come back the same way. It is not in the menu.
  • The New menu in the toolbar is a shortcut to the five actions that create something. It is hidden while the campus is suspended.
  • A small grey figure is a count, for example how many batches are assigned, how many on-site courses you have, or how many teachers are approved.
  • A gold badge means something is waiting for you: batches open for registration, teacher requests that need you, open disputes, or a payout request in progress.
  • The numbers refresh as you move around the portal.

FAQ

Can we see other campuses?

No. The portal only ever shows your own campus.

No. Each campus has one portal login. Share it only with the people who run the portal.

The portal says this login is not linked to a campus.

Contact NSDP administration; the login has no campus attached.
