An on-site course is a course taught at a campus: the teacher sets its start date, duration (for example 2 months = 8 weeks), class days and times and a plan for each week; the course has one group of students with a seat limit. The course itself (its title, description, pricing, cover, duration and weekly plan) belongs to the teacher who runs it and is approved by NSDP; your campus looks after the venue, the seats, registration and attendance. On-site courses (menu → Teaching) lists every such course held at your campus and opens its workspace. The Batches page stays the day-to-day view for taking attendance.
What the page shows
Each row is one course: its teacher, when it starts, its duration (in weeks or months), the seats taken against the limit at your campus, its registration state, and the course's status and NSDP review state. The figures across the top count the courses at your campus, how many are published, how many are with NSDP for review, and how many are taking registrations right now. Search by title, or filter by teacher and status.
What your campus can change
| Tab | Your campus | Teacher / NSDP |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | Venue and seat limit | Title, description, category and subcategory (both required), cover, pricing, catalogue lists, start date, duration, class days and times |
| Weekly plan | Read-only | One plan per week of the duration |
| Registrations | Open / close registration; take the register per class day | Remove a registration (NSDP) |
| Certificates | Issued from your Certificates page | Whether certificates are on, the attendance minimum |
Fields your campus cannot change are shown read-only with the note Managed by the teacher / NSDP. A save that touches anything but the venue and seat limit is refused by the server, so nothing can be changed by accident.
Opening and closing registration
Step 1: Open the batch on the Batches page
The course's Batches tab lists its batches; Open batch takes you to the batch on the Batches page, where the registration block shows the current state, the seats taken and any closing date.
Step 2: Launch registration
Choose Launch registration, optionally set a closing date and a seat limit, and confirm. Students can then register from the catalogue. Registration can be launched only once NSDP has approved and published the course, and a seat limit is needed.
Step 3: Close registration
Choose Close registration when the class list is final. Registration also closes by itself when every seat is taken or the admission deadline passes (the start date plus any late-admission days, or your own deadline).
Step 4: Reopen if needed
Reopen registration opens it again (raise the seat limit first if it was full).
The weekly plan and class days
The teacher sets the course's duration (in weeks or months; a month counts as 4 weeks) and writes one plan per week; the Weekly plan tab shows those boxes read-only. The teacher also sets the class days and the class time; the system turns them into one dated class per class day for the whole duration, and those classes are what you take attendance for.
Attendance
On the Batches page, each class has an Attendance button from its own day (never for a cancelled class); the marks are Present, Absent and Left early. The Change button next to it cancels a class (with a reason), moves it to another day, marks it held or restores it; students are emailed when a class is cancelled or moved. Next class at the top of the course shows the coming class day. See Attendance at your campus for the marks and how they feed certificates.
Creating an on-site course
Teaching → On-site courses → New on-site course (or New → New on-site course in the toolbar) walks through five steps. The campus is always your own, and the teacher is one of the teachers linked to your campus (put a teacher forward first if the list is empty).
Step 1: Course
Title, description, category and subcategory, cover.
Step 2: Teacher
One of your linked, active teachers. The course is created under them and students see their name.
Step 3: Schedule & plan
Start date (today or later), duration, class days and times, and the plan for each week.
Step 4: Venue & seats
The room, lab or hall, and the seats (up to your campus's seats per batch).
Step 5: Review & send
Check everything and send it. It is saved as a draft under the teacher and goes to NSDP for review at once.

Returned to the teacher with a note; the teacher updates and resubmits
An on-site course created by the campus is sent to NSDP as soon as it is created: it appears in NSDP's Live session reviews desk straight away. While it is in review the course is locked; once approved it is published. If NSDP returns it, the reviewer's note is shown on the course and the teacher updates and resubmits it from their own portal.

FAQ
What is the difference between Batches and On-site courses?
On-site courses lists every course placed at your campus, approved or not: its setup, weekly plan, review state and a summary of its batches. Batches is where you run each batch of an approved course: registration, students, classes and attendance.
Can our campus change the start date, class days or duration?
No. Those belong to the teacher (and NSDP). Ask the teacher, open a dispute under Batch & scheduling or contact NSDP.
The course title or price is wrong.
Those belong to the teacher and NSDP. Open a dispute or contact NSDP; your campus cannot change them.
A course the teacher mentioned is not on the page.
It is not placed at your campus yet. It appears as soon as the teacher or NSDP chooses your campus for it, launched or not.
NSDP returned the course we created. Can we resubmit it?
The teacher resubmits it from their own portal after making the changes. Your campus can still change the venue and seats meanwhile.
