What it means when a campus is suspended

A suspended campus can still sign in and read its records, but everything that changes data is paused until NSDP reactivates it. What still works, what is paused, and how to get reactivated.

NSDP can suspend a campus, for example while a matter is being looked into. Your login keeps working and you can read everything, but anything that changes data is paused. Only NSDP can reactivate the campus.

How you can tell

  • The overview says Changes are paused while your campus is suspended, and the masthead status reads Suspended · read-only.
  • Pages that change data show This campus is suspended, for example on Teachers, Put a teacher forward, Batches and Campus profile. The attendance register shows Read-only.
  • Buttons that would change data are hidden or locked, and menu items that only create things (such as New on-site course and Put a teacher forward) are hidden.
  • If something is sent anyway, the portal answers This campus is suspended. Contact NSDP administration to make changes.

What still works

  • Signing in and viewing every page: overview, batches, registers, courses, teachers, certificates, comments, disputes, payouts, reports and profile.
  • Following your teacher requests and profile change requests, including NSDP's messages.
  • Downloading reports as CSV and viewing or downloading certificates.
  • Copying teacher profiles and details.
  • Marking comments read or unread.
  • Earnings already recorded stay on your balance.

What is paused

AreaPaused while suspended
BatchesTaking or changing attendance.
TeachersPutting a teacher forward, resubmitting a rejected request, or revising and sending back a request NSDP asked about.
On-site coursesCreating an on-site course and changing one.
Recorded courses attached to your campusGiving a course to one of your students and taking it back. You can still read the course, its students and its comments.
CertificatesClosing a batch, issuing, re-issuing and revoking.
DisputesOpening a dispute and replying.
PayoutsRequesting a payout and adding or changing payout accounts.
ProfileSending change requests.

Batches at your campus

Suspension doesn't cancel batches already running at your campus, and they stay visible, but NSDP can't place new in-person batches at a suspended campus until it is reactivated. Teachers linked to your campus won't see it in their list of campuses for new batches.

Getting reactivated

  1. Step 1: Write to NSDP

Use Contact NSDP in the menu. It opens an email to NSDP support with your campus name. Replying to disputes is paused, so email is the way to reach NSDP while suspended.

  2. Step 2: Quote your campus code

It is on the overview and on Campus profile → Overview.

  3. Step 3: Wait for reactivation

When NSDP reactivates the campus, the notes disappear and every action is available again. Nothing you could read is lost.

FAQ

Why was our campus suspended?

The portal doesn't show a reason. Contact NSDP to ask.

We can't sign in at all.

That's different from a suspension: the campus login itself may be switched off. Contact NSDP support.

Can students still attend our batches?

Batches already running continue. Ask NSDP about any batch you are unsure of.

What about a payout request already sent?

Earnings already recorded stay on your balance. Ask NSDP about any request in progress.
