Thank-you notes from students

Students who complete your course or class (or reach halfway through a self-paced course) can leave you a short thank-you note. You see them on your wall, can hide any of them, and can choose to show the latest ones on your NSDP website profile.

How notes are checked

  • Before a note is saved, a filter refuses abusive words (English and Roman Urdu), links, e-mail addresses and phone numbers. The student is asked to rephrase.
  • You can Hide any note. A hidden note stays on your wall (marked) but never shows publicly. Show brings it back.
  • NSDP can remove a note that breaks the rules. A removed note leaves your wall.

Showing notes on your public profile

  1. Step 1: Open Thank-you notes

Sign in to open this screen
  2. Step 2: Switch on Show on my public profile

Your latest 6 notes (not hidden ones) appear on your instructor page on the NSDP website within a minute.

For NSDP: removing a note

  1. Step 1: Open Teachers & Staff → Thank-you notes

    Needs Manage reviews (/admin/thank-you-notes).

  2. Step 2: Remove

Write a reason (kept on the record). Restore under Removed by NSDP puts it back.
