The report card is a short email with last month's numbers and one thing to try. It goes out from the 1st of each month (a campus's card waits until that month's ranking is ready), once per month.

| Attendance | Present marks ÷ marks that count, in the month's classes. |
| Rating | The average of ratings approved during the month. |
| Placements recorded | Outcomes recorded during the month, and how many are verified. |
| Rank (campuses) | Your place in your city and the change since the month before. |
| Badges earned | Shown only when NSDP badges are switched on. |
Stopping or restarting it
- Press Stop these monthly reports at the bottom of any report card email, or
- Instructors: Placements page → Monthly report card. Campuses: Rank & level page → Monthly report card.
- The same button turns it back on. Account and security emails are not affected.
Could I get the same month twice?
No. Each card is logged before it is sent, so a month goes out once per instructor or campus.
I did not get last month's card.
Check that it is not stopped on your panel, and that your login email is correct. Cards go out between the 1st and the 7th.
